During Light Day you’ll be experiencing two advanced nervous system entrainments to move through different levels of care. In between group entrainments, you will experience a transformative breathwork session guided by Dr. Ginni and Dr. Tina. The breathwork session will help enhance each entrainment and allow a deeper connection and awareness within the body.
