WHAT: Join Dr. Ginni Gross, DC, and Lorraine Meyer at Ahlara International in Mooresville, N.C. for a morning of: Inner Exploration and Expanded Consciousness. Participants can expect to be lulled into an altered state of consciousness by harmonic crystal bowls. From this state, they will be guided through breathing and integrative techniques which will bring calming and healing to the system, creating harmony for the body, mind and spirit.  

After the experience, Dr. Ginni and Lorraine will teach self-guided techniques to calm the vagus nerve and re-visit an altered state of consciousness to facilitate healing and calmness.
